Chapter 1 : Pallavi

    Over the past few years I’ve been exploring the mind-body connection. They say adversity teaches you the biggest lessons and it was due ill health that I started to explore the metaphysical realm.

      Today, I combine my practice of yoga with mental awareness to attempt to bring myself to a space of holistic well-being.

       I’m just a beginner and still learning, but every day is an exciting journey. For now, I’m just having fun with it and I’ve found it rewarding to share this with others through a virtual support space
